"Blockbuster Video Loves To Take Your Money And Blame You"

When I rent, I expect to receive something.  Maybe I'm expecting too much.  Obviously, I am.

I rented a VHS movie and a DVD movie from Blockbuster video.  After bringing those movies home, my VCR wouldn't play the VHS and my DVD player couldn't read the DVD.  On the VHS, the audio was ok, but the video was screwed up.  I returned these movies and got another set of movies.  The VHS was also screwed up.  (This happened TWICE IN A ROW.)

After taking the second VHS movie back, employees at Blockbuster Video told me that I was at fault and that they couldn't do anything for me.  Basically, they took my money and gave me NOTHING in return.  Oh, they rented me a VHS cassette that wouldn't play, that's right.

After being mistreated TWICE and THEN when I pointed out the error, being treated like a criminal, I am NEVER going back to Blockbuster Video.  I would not recommend the store to anyone, ever.  Be sure to steer clear of the Blockbuster Video in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania.  They love to take your money.  They love to blame you for everything bad that happens.
