As promised, Pitch #2:

Purgatory is a very real place. A very real, very lawless, very strange desert where Belief is currency and every little backwater town is named Redemption. Where the only way to salvation is to walk Perdition Path to who knows what. Where damnation is just a sword's breadth away.

Rol, wandering ranger of the plains, has been on a mission for as long as he can remember. His life in the Real long forgotten, his soul polluted by the ghosts he encountered in the Badlands, burdened by his gift (or curse) of True Sight, the ability to see the strange denizens of the realm as they were in the Real world, scared people trapped in the guises they have created for themselves.

The arrival of Mo Selah, con artist, nihilist, and recent arrival to Purgatory, will turn Rol's world inside out, making him question the reasons behind his quest and the true nature of his past, and what waits in the end is stranger than both of them can imagine...
