"Iggle Video Can Rot In Hell"

Anyone with
bad business practices does not deserve to be in business.
Iggle Video decided it would be a good idea to increase the price
of their DVD rentals. I have no problem with this
idea. I DO have a problem with how they went about it.
Iggle
Video, in their infinite wisdom, thought it would be a good idea
to MORE THAN DOUBLE their DVD rental price while simultaneously
reducing the rental period by MORE THAN HALF. Whoever
thought this one up CAN
ROT IN HELL. I'm NEVER
renting DVDs from Iggle Video with that price structure.
The
DVD rentals used to be two eleven for five days. Considering
the other rental places around here, that's not bad. Iggle
Video's new price structure gives people two days for about five
dollars. More than doubling the DVD cost for five
days? I'm OK with that. Reducing the rental period
from five days to two? I can handle that, but NOT
BOTH
AT THE SAME TIME!
Iggle
Video has HORRIBLE business practices if they think that this is a
good idea. They simply DO NOT deserve to be in
business. I would not recommend this store to
anyone,
ever. The Iggle Video store I frequent is located in
a Giant Eagle on Tarentum Bridge road in New Kensington,
Pennsylvania.
I
used to rent a lot of DVDs from this location. As my DVD
reviews listed on this site can attest to, my not renting from
them is
doing a great disservice to the public. Imagine that!
A store who
wants to make your life harder. They even
build their business around it!
After A Few Months:
Iggle Video changed their rental policy and is now offering either 2-day
or 5-day rentals. (priced accordingly)
(This article was written because ALL rentals were originally priced as 5-day rentals, then were changed to be priced as 2-day rentals.)
Iggle Video has changed its ways, I am now renting from this store again.
