An Introduction
I have been asked to answer questions which I thought were answered on this page. This leads me to believe that this page was not written clearly enough or the answers are not found quickly enough. So, without further ado here is the "who", "what", "where", "when", "why" and "how":

WHO:  Yeah Dogg
WHAT:  Yeah Dogg is a social fraternity. No fancy Greek letters, dues or hazing. Just fun.
WHERE:  Yeah Dogg was founded in Latrobe, PA on the collegiate campus of Saint Vincent College.
WHEN:  Founded in 1996 (MCMXCVI), Yeah Dogg continues today. (the website went online on July 26, 1998, we have an annual "reunion" get-together event called "Dogg Days")
WHY:  Why not?
HOW:  Sheer will (throw in a little web design experience and free time)

Which:  What?
Whose:  We think it's ours. "We may be wrong, but we may be right." (and we may have been listening to Billy Joel® when we wrote this line)

These are further explained below:
(but not necessarily in any order)

For the (WHO), please see the members section. For the (WHAT), (WHERE), and (WHEN), please see the history page. For the (WHY), read the remainder of this page.

This website was inspired by the official Yeah Dogg newsletter, "The YEAHDOGG Review", published out of St. Paul, MN. "The YEAHDOGG Review" (YDR) was created by Ted S. in the effort to give his life deeper meaning. We hope to give your life deeper meaning with the words and images contained in this site.

The original YDR newsletter focused on current affairs in the Yeah Dogg realm as well as lovable tom foolery. This website was created in part to replace the paper version of the newsletter and also to expand on the idea of it and to see how far we could go with it.

Using the Internet allows us to update the information more often and bring you the latest and most accurate information on our lovable Doggs. Check out the "News!" section for the twang twizzlin' details. We have transcribed the articles in the first issue and placed them in the "Articles" section.

(With all the people and interest we have here what did you expect... our own religion?  Sorry. No.)

Many people have shown us Dogg love since July 26, 1998. So many... we've lost count. We found an offsite thing to keep track. (You can see the number at the bottom of the page.)

Yeah Dogg was totally Y2K compliant.

View our released Y2K statement.

This website was created by Silver Ball Media in a remote cabin in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada.

It is subsequently maintained by Silver Ball Media somewhere in the Jenny Jump mountains, New York, U.S.A.

(The previous two sentences are untrue... the locations just had funny names.)

This site would not exist if it were not for three things: (1) our lack of another hobby, (2) our extensive music collection [without which we would have gone insane creating all of this in silence] and (3) the immense love of the Doggs, without them none of this would be possible. We hope you enjoy this site as much as we enjoy secretly watching you enjoy it.

Any questions and comments can be directed to Silver Ball Media and the Yeah Dogg grand webmaster and bocce champion, .

This site was crafted with Notepad & Arachnophilia 4.0.
