Letter to Someone

Dear Someone,
In Elvi's room in Morgantown, you asked me something and I never answered you. Actually, I made a joke about it and the conversation was redirected. It's
always bugged me that I never gave you a straight answer. I want to rectify that now...
You asked me something to the effect of "Do you work out?"The answer is… yes, kinda.
I do sorta work out. I do various things that, I guess, have an effect on my physique. While I AM NOT the healthiest person, I think I'll look good in my coffin.
(Seriously, I'm not healthy.)
(1) I do "pushups" on a regular basis. I put that in quotes because it's not the usual pushups. It's actually just working on the bicept/tricept area of my
arms.
Basically, I'm impatient. So whenever I have to wait (for example: at work waiting for the printer or waiting for other people to get off the telephone) I use that
'downtime' to do a few "pushups" against a desk or the floor. I switch-up HOW I do the pushups so as to get my torso involved and therefore
kinda/sorta work on my abdominal muscles.
I usually start with the `close-grip' method of "pushups" as described here:

(2) I stretch. Every morning and evening I do some stretching to be able to do really cool stretching stuff. So far I've NEVER been able to, but I like to think that
I'll get there someday. In addition, I play golf on the Wii. I think this really helps me play better and not hurt myself. (It's really easy to hurt yourself and pull a
muscle if you don't stretch for at least five seconds…)
(3) I don't eat that much. It all starts with my taste buds being screwed up after surgery. Eating isn't that much fun, so I don't do it as much as other people. It's
work. It's often tiring, not energizing. This is the primary reason I strongly believe I won't turn 61. (I'll be dead by then because I don't eat that often and when I do,
it's the wrong things…) My personal weight loss program is brain surgery, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
So anyway, I apologize for not answering your question initially. My personal health habits are a bit skewed, so I wouldn't recommend listening to me. :D

I can't help but think of Hulk Hogan when he said:
"TRAIN, SAY YOUR PRAYERS, EAT YOUR VITAMINS. BE TRUE TO YOURSELF, TRUE TO YOUR COUNTRY, BE A REAL AMERICAN."
